PAYMENT 

Transactions can be made securely online through PayPal and Stripe payment processors, accepting all major credit cards.

All prices in the store are listed in Euros (€).

I reserve the right to change prices, unless otherwise stated (in the case of a sale or special discount), without prior notice. Prices are valid at the time of the order and do not have a predefined validity.

SHIPPING

Items are shipped to most countries worldwide, from Slovenia, within 2-4 business days of cleared payment.  The parcel will have a unique tracking number assigned to it, which allows the customer to track its journey online.

Slovenia - 3 to 5 days for delivery

Rest of EU - 6 to 10 days for delivery

Rest of the world – 2 to 4 weeks for delivery

The number of days for delivery is only an estimate. Please note that I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal / courier service or delays due to customs. Times might differ on public holidays.

Prices for shipping are:

Slovenia - 3,5 eur

Rest of the world – 9 eur

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Before buying, please check your country’s import and tax regulations. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred for items coming from Slovenia.

RETURNS

I accept returns and issue refunds for items that have not been worn, remain undamaged, and show no signs of use (shipping costs are covered by the buyer). Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, as returns after this period will not be accepted.
Refunds are not available for sale items or discounted designs. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged due to my mistake.

Once I have received your returned item, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account. The buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees. If an item is not returned in its original condition, any loss of value will be charged to the buyer. Items must be sent back in their original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
