WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
The shipping cost for each package is €3.50.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
The online shop offers two payment methods:
Payment by credit/debit card
Payment via PayPal
If neither of these options suits you, I also offer:
3. Bank transfer (TRR)
If you choose payment via bank transfer, you cannot complete the purchase directly on the website. Instead, I will send you an offer by email. Please send the name or a photo of the item you wish to order to: petja@petjana.si. You will then receive an email with payment details. I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible. After the payment is received, the items will be shipped to your address. Please settle the payment within five (5) business days of receiving the offer. Otherwise, the items will be returned to sale. If I do not receive a response to the offer within three (3) days, the items will also be returned to sale.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All items are handmade by me. If a product is not in stock, I will make it and ship your order within 1–5 business days.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Orders are shipped with Pošta Slovenije, which delivers packages within 3–4 days.
CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?
Yes, you can return any ordered item within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of signs of use. Please return them in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The value of the returned items will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the products
